Week 2 Day 1 Activities

This is my planned activities for today.

The word in blue following the activity is which theme of the week it is geared towards.

Please note: These activities are geared towards toddlers ages 1-3 years old.

Fine Motor Skills:

• Trace the letter B
• Color picture of the letter B
• Using a shallow tray filled with rice or pudding, trace the letter B

Discovery:

• Find the letter B in books we read, signs we see, cereal boxes, etc.
• Find items that begin with the letter B. Write the name of each item on the whiteboard. Practice pronouncing each name.

Books:

• Brown Bear, Brown Bear (letter B, animal Bear)

Songs:

• Baa Baa Black Sheep (letter B)
